Predictions: 6 of 8 Winners, 3 Perfect, 455 Points | Tied for 17th with 6 others
Kyoji Horiguchi, SUB, R3
Horiguchi was dominating pettis before the fluky ko. Amazing knockout by pettis but it doesn’t change the fact he was getting outclassed. Horiguchi has just been looking amazing since the loss to patchy (which was a horrible matchup in hindsight)
Koike Erbst vs. Archuleta
Juan Archuleta, DEC
I’m not sure what to make of Archuleta at this point. He’s past his prime currently, but he’s still pretty skilled. That last fight was a really bad look tho; he misses by 6 pounds and then kind of got his ass kicked. Makes me wonder if he came in with an injury. That being said, Erbst had a horrendous performance against Kanehara. Archuleta is much better on the feet, he shouldn’t have any issues outpointing Erbst. Erbst has very good bjj but Archuleta is too good to get subbed & is also the better wrestler. Hopefully he doesn’t show up like he did last fight, or this could end poorly
Tokudome vs. Usami
Sho Patrick Usami, TKO, R1
I didn’t think much of usami when he got an RTU shot, but his hands are very clean. Losing his last fight how he did is whatever
Carlyle vs. Kim
Kyung Pyo Kim, DEC
Spike is pure entertainment, but he is so bad. I like Kim a lot even tho that loss to jubli is aging really badly
Takeda vs. Shaydullaev
Razhabali Shaydullaev, SUB, R2
Shaydullaev is an amazing prospect. His wrestling and grappling pace is unbelievable. Doesn’t seem to tire and constantly attacks submissions

Kyoji Horiguchi, DEC
I'm a big Pettis fan and I think Sergio is super underrated. But last time against Horiguchi he had almost no chances to get his striking going because Horiguchi was all over him. He landed an amazing shot, not just lucky, but I doubt it happens again. Maybe he pulls a Leon Edwards and looks even better in the rematch, but I'm not picking it.

Juan Archuleta, DEC
I would like to see Crevel win, but I think Archuleta will win. I would like to see him come back from a disadvantage like Nogueira did with jiu-jitsu, but the reality is not that sweet.

Razhabali Shaydullaev, SUB R1
One of the best bantamweight prospects in regional MMA he seems to be moving to featherweight in this fight against Takeda even tho he’s going up I think he’ll be the bigger guy and get the early finish he can strike and grapple but with Takeda his main route to success is grappling which I don’t think he’s gonna have any success against Razhabali.

Egregious New Predictions
Predictions: 4 of 6 Winners, 0 Perfect, 200 Points | Tied for 429th
I am sticking with Karshyga Dautbek at -450. He has an outrageous liver kick and a yummy piledriver. Dautbek should heal the foe.
Tokudome vs. Usami
I want Sho Patrick Usami at -175. He has a valiant crotch-hold and a bodacious leaping clothesline. Usami shall undermine the feat. Count on it!
Carlyle vs. Kim
I desire Spike Carlyle at -150. He has a unique ouchi gaeshi. Carlyle ought to drop the masterpiece.
Ueda vs. Kowalczyk
I believe in Mikio Ueda at -200. He has an amoral character. Ueda shall terminate the masterpiece.
Takeda vs. Shaydullaev
I love Razhabali Shaydullaev at -200. He has a youthful stamina. Shaydullaev could quash the dark horse. Заруби ceбe на носу!
Case vs. Bey
I am sticking with Johnny Case at -650. He has a maniacal fight IQ. Case will bake the previous pitfalls.
